Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks Great but Pills Horribly I've only had the sofa for a few months and it looks like I've had it for ages. I've had to put so many throws on it to preserve it. So yourself a favor and buy a sofa with natural fibers and not synthetic.

We're only two people who take very good care of our things, but it doesn't matter. The couch started pilling immediately and the cushions are majorly worn in. The back cushions can at least be fluffed, but the bottom cushions are sewn down. I knew this might be a risk, but I thought it would at least hold up for a year before becoming an issue. I get compliments on the style, but it's not worth how quickly it deteriorated.

They sent us a cleaning kit which made the stain 10x bigger and when we complained, they told us it was no longer their problem and that we did not qualify for a new couch despite what the warranty said. Along with it being IMPOSSIBLE to clean, it pills like nothing I've ever seen. It looks 40 years old and is completely destroyed just by simply sitting on it. So disappointed, DO NOT buy this couch.

It looks pretty, but wow does this not last whatsoever. This fabric is just terrible. It is pulling like crazy and its just unraveling. It has been 1 month haha. It is not worth the money nor the wait at all. Not only that but it is a very very stiff couch. Right when we got it and sat on it for the first time we both said "oh....wow. I sure hope it gets more comfortable after being broken into." And before it's even able to be broken into its falling apart haha We don't even have children. So if you're thinking about getting this and you have kids, I would highly suggest not to. Its a waste of money honestly.
